In January 2007, I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia as the reason for severe and debilitating back and neck pain.  Massage therapy has been extremely helpful in my almost complete recovery from these ailments.  However with frequent moves across the country, it’s been a challenge to find an effective massage therapist at each new home.  When I discovered David Mitchell in Kingsport, TN I settled on him as my new massage therapist.  Not only is he intuitive, able to find muscles that need work without my direction, but he is also responsive when I communicate that particular muscle groups need work.  He frequently adjusts pressure so that my muscles do not cramp ( they have done so with every other massage therapist).  He is knowledgeable and effective at trigger point therapy as well.  And with regular discounts he makes massage therapy available to anyone.       –Elizabeth Brady
